Return & Refund Policy

At GRITSPARK, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or wrong)

Once approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup or request you to ship it back.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or washed items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Products returned beyond the 7-day window

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If rejected, we’ll contact you with the reason.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it has been shipped.
  • To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible—but you may initiate a return after delivery if eligible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping.
  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
